Designed for the project and exhibition Time:Frame that linked London based designers with local furniture makers, Picture Frame Box augments a traditional picture frame with a compartment for storing photographs and other documents.
The piece comes in sizes relating to computer print-outs rather than photographic prints (A4 and A3, portrait and landscape) to encourage the printing and display of digital photographs.
The frame and handle moulding (borrowed from old rulers or set squares) is made in beechwood, details being cut using a spindle moulder.
